Professionally, he brings extensive experience in software implementation and information technology. He has worked with various federal agencies throughout his career including the Army, Navy, and Department of Homeland Security. His work on highly sensitive projects at the Pentagon required him to uphold the highest levels of integrity, confidentiality, and precision. This experience has sharpened his expertise in project management, strategic planning, and problem-solving, allowing him to navigate complex challenges with a results-driven approach.  Something that we all desperately needed more of in Richmond.

With a deep passion for service and a lifelong commitment to empowering others, he’s worked across industries, faiths, and communities—bridging divides, fostering dialogue, and leading initiatives that make a lasting impact.
